This website does not process payments. Every "Shop" link sends you to our Goldbelly storefront, where the order, payment, shipping, cancellation and refund terms of Goldbelly apply in addition to ours. Prices, availability and shipping windows shown on Goldbelly control.

Products and perishability

Our items are food products. Refrigerate or store as directed on the packaging, consume by the best-by date, and review our allergen information before eating. Product photography is representative; packaging, size and appearance may vary between batches.

Product information

We work to keep descriptions, ingredients and nutrition information accurate, but we do not warrant that all content is error-free. The label on the product you receive is the authoritative source.

Intellectual property

The Custom Cakes By Carmen name and logo, Cakie Bar™, Gourmet Cakie™, "Where Cake Meets Candy™", all recipes, copy, photography and packaging design are owned by Custom Cakes By Carmen LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission. Third-party marks (including REESE'S®) belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe flavors.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it for commercial purposes, or submit unlawful or misleading information through our forms.

Wholesale and partnerships

Wholesale, corporate gifting and partnership arrangements are governed by a separate written agreement. Submitting an inquiry does not create a contract.
