First generation
Great-Grandmother
The recipe box begins here — handwritten cards, measured in pinches and handfuls, baked for a family table in rural Georgia. Nothing was written for scale; everything was written to be remembered.
Second generation
Mamaw Lottie
Grandmother Mamaw Lottie made those recipes a ritual. Chocolate cake for Sundays, caramel for holidays, red velvet for every homecoming. Her kitchen is the source of the flavors the brand carries today.
Third generation
Carmen, Founder
Carmen tested, measured and refined the family's recipes into gourmet products that hold their quality at scale — the Triple Chocolate Gourmet Cake Mix and the Cakie Bar™, her “Where Cake Meets Candy™” concept.
